Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns and issue refunds only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size or model selection, personal preference, sale items, or gift cards.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement item at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

EU consumer protection laws allow exceptions for certain types of products. For this reason, cancellations and returns are only accepted if the item is defective or incorrect.
